By establishing an account, you agree to receive messages from us. These messages are purely for:

When signing up, or logging in, if you are using a social account identity provider (like Google), and that provider supports such info, we will request the following information and automatically update your account here. If your social provider indicates this information is verified, we will also automatically mark it verified (confirmed) here. This information is only shared with us if marked sharable from your provider.

Your information is never used for marketing. We do not sell or share your information with anyone except our providers for these services and only as explicitly needed to function. We do not send ads or other marketing messages. We do not share any of this information with DHS, CBP, ICE, or other law enforcement, without a warrant or court order. If you utilize your Driver License for Identity Confirmation to verify your name and address, a portion of your ID number will be retained on your account. Your full ID number and the photos of your ID will be discarded.
If making a payment, we may request your Driver License photo in accordance with state law to prevent fraudulent chargebacks. State law permits us to store your ID in encrypted form for up to 180 days to provide to credit card processors and banks should a chargeback be received.
We recommend confirming your identity. We have experienced multiple attempts of visitors and residents attempting to use another person's name, phone, email, and vehicle tag, as their own, and the owner of such being very upset. We understand that some people want to share a few things, that's fine -- our system supports confirmed accounts having the ability to mark something sharable, and to whom.
There is no usage protection for unauthenticated or unconfirmed accounts or the information associated with them. We recommend, but leave this choice up to you.
